17. ASIC fees changes from 1 July 2015
ASIC fees have changed from 1 July 2015 – but our fees have not changed.

From 1 July 2015, ASIC fees have changed for number of commonly lodged forms.
The ASIC fee change will affect our following services:
(a) Registration of a proprietary limited company – ASIC fees increases from $457 to $463 and
(b) Business name registration for 3 years – ASIC fees increases from $78 to $79.
Please note –
ASIC fees for Business name registration for 1 year remains unchanged - $34.
But the GOOD NEWS is that -
While the ASIC fees have increased, we have not increased our fees.
So, you can now by using our online services –
(a) register a company for nominal fees of $497 (including ASIC fees $463). Our fee is $34 (same as before) including GST and all legal documents. You may also get your company documents printed and bounded in professional leather feel folder for just $66 and get it delivered to you.
(b) register a business name for nominal fees of $75 for 1 year (including ASIC fees $34) and $126 for 3 years (including ASIC fees $79). Our fee is $41 for 1year and $47 for 3years (same as before) including GST.
So, wait no more to register your Company or Business Name.
